01Information we collect
When you shop with Nakshi, create an account, or get in touch, we collect only what we need to serve you well.
- Contact details — name, phone number, email address and delivery address.
- Order information — the pieces you buy, sizes, engraving or customisation notes, and order history.
- Payment information — processed entirely by our payment partners. We never see or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
- Usage data — pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, used to improve the store.
02How we use your information
Your information is used to process and deliver your order, to keep you updated about it, and to help you if something goes wrong.
- Fulfilling orders, arranging insured delivery, and handling returns or exchanges.
- Sending order updates over SMS, WhatsApp or email.
- Sharing new collections and offers — only if you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time.
- Detecting fraud and keeping your account secure.
03Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the partners needed to complete your order — delivery and logistics providers, payment gateways, and insurance providers for high-value shipments — and only the minimum they need.
We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, a court order, or a lawful request from a government authority.
04Cookies
We use cookies to keep items in your cart, remember you between visits, and understand how the store is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site — including checkout — may stop working correctly.
05How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are retained for as long as tax and company law requires. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent. Everything else is deleted once it is no longer needed.
06Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete your account, or stop sending you marketing messages.

07Security
The store runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection and payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant gateways. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your account password private and tell us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new 'last updated' date. Significant changes will also be communicated to you directly.
